Quality to the Extreme.

We source high quality materials that ensure long-lasting reliability and performance. We stock most of our core inventory items in house, speeding up production time and giving us hands on quality control.

An integral part of the boating experience, our trailers are designed to be highly functional, safe and attractive.

To begin with, every trailer is tailor-made to the specific boat model it will be carrying. Extreme Custom trailer frames are made of hand selected, thick steel tubing, providing increased durability and a longer lifespan.

When we assemble each Extreme trailer, we do so with attention to detail and innovation in mind.

To decrease the number of welds, we’ve developed a custom cross-member bender that eliminates several cuts, miters and welds. After each frame is carefully welded by our expert craftsmen, we fully sand each frame and glaze any imperfections so that the paint job will shout quality. Before primer is added, areas that can’t be sealed by welding are fully sealed with watertight caulking. This way, axles and steps are protected from water entry and decrease rust damage.

When we prime and paint each Extreme trailer in our paint booth, accessories have not yet been installed. Not only does this help establish a quality look for the trailer, it ensures that paint penetrates to every area. Using stainless steel fasteners, we prevent and delay corrosion, and it’s an extreme and expensive measure.

In addition to the structural integrity and the standard materials, our specialty lies within our ability to completely customize each boat trailer. Working with the dealership, customers can create the one-of-a-kind boat trailer that fits their needs.
