Our welders control the heat settings to suit each weld, a technique acquired through experience that eliminates distortion.

We bolt on our fenders so there’s no need to tear your trailer apart if you ever need to replace it. By bolting our fenders on, we can primer between the fender and the step, avoiding rust drips commonly seen on trailers using welded fenders.

Our prep process includes washing every trailer with a phosphate etching acid that rinses oil and grease. This process inhibits rust, resists corrosion and creates maximum possible absorption for the primer, promoting the highest quality, high-gloss paint finish.

Nobody beats our paint work, and to make sure, we sand, prime, sand again, and spot with a filler primer. The industry's best painters operate in a full enclosed, climate controlled, dust free paint booths. Every trailer is finished in a high-gloss polyurethane that resists chipping and fading. With color matching capabilities, we’re able to easily match your boat’s paint color with your Extreme Trailer, creating a truly unique trailer.

We wait until after painting to begin assembly, assuring a more precise fit and perfect appearance. It takes longer, but the clean, custom look is worth it. Our advanced capabilities allow us to customize your trailer to perfectly match the appearance of your custom or tournament boat.
